• Società a Responsabilità Limitata (S.r.l.), Limited company

Company structure characterised by the partial distribution of competences between the assembly organ  (representing the property) and the administrative organ (representing the management)

• Joint Stock Company (S.p.a.)

Same characteristics as the capital based companies with a distinct distribution of competences among the assembly organ and the administrative organ.
